Maternity: A Day in the Life of a Mama

Let's start indoors...

It was so beautiful that day to be 3 miles from the ocean.  So, we went outdoors.

     Right before the girls left for vacation with their grandparents, they decided to add more snowflakes to the tree.  I guess hiking in the snow capped mountains the other day brought a little bit of inspiration.  

    

Yes it snows in Southern California...

     Just 15-20 minutes away from home is Mt. Baldy.  And yes, it can be a White Christmas up there while it is tanning weather down where we are at.  Which probably explains why living in Southern California is so expensive--you can have access to skiing and beach surfing all in one day.  And yes, I am grateful for that.
